Subscription Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a monthly subscription from The Lunar Method®, you agree to automatic recurring billing on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled.

Billing dates vary depending on the subscription package selected. Your exact billing schedule is displayed at checkout and within your subscription details in your Appstle customer portal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking a subscription email from Appstle, selecting “Manage Subscription,” and then selecting “Cancel,” or by contacting us at info@theoriginallunarmethod.com.

Cancellations must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle.

If a renewal charge has already processed at the time of cancellation, that charge is non-refundable. Access to subscription services, digital materials, and/or community features will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

If a payment fails, your subscription will be automatically paused or terminated, and access to subscription services may be immediately restricted. The Lunar Method® is not responsible for restoring access or retroactively charging missed payments.
Access to all subscription-related materials and services will terminate at the end of the current paid billing period.

The Lunar Method® reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions in cases of policy violations or non-payment.
