Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to physical products shipped by The Lunar Method – The Original Gender Sway LLC.
The Lunar Method® does not currently offer physical products for general shipment. When physical products, including LUNAR® ALIGNMENT Bracelets, are offered, the following shipping terms apply unless otherwise stated at checkout or with the applicable product.
1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
Physical-product shipping is currently available within the United States only.
International shipping is not currently available.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. shipping address.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Available shipping methods may include:
- USPS First-Class Mail, where available and applicable;
- USPS Ground Advantage; and
- USPS Priority Mail.
Available shipping methods and shipping charges will be displayed or calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs may vary based on the delivery address, ZIP Code, shipping method and other applicable shipping factors.
Available carriers and shipping services may change from time to time.
3. PROCESSING BEFORE SHIPMENT
Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
Processing time is the time required for The Lunar Method® to prepare a physical order for shipment. It is separate from the carrier's transit and delivery time.
Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, U.S. federal holidays and business closure days.
Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed shipment dates. Additional processing time may occasionally be required because of order volume, product availability, holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will generally be sent to the email address associated with the order.
A shipping label may be created before the package is physically accepted or scanned by the carrier. Accordingly, creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the package is already in transit.
5. DELIVERY
Once a physical order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transportation and delivery are handled by the carrier.
Delivery time depends upon the destination, shipping service, carrier operations and other circumstances affecting transportation.
Any carrier delivery date or transit time is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information and providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment where possible, but an address change cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun or the package has been shipped.
If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address, refusal, failed delivery or another recipient-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package where permitted by applicable law.
7. LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Once a physical order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, The Lunar Method® does not control the carrier's transportation or delivery operations and is not responsible for carrier delays, routing errors, service interruptions or other carrier-caused events outside our reasonable control.

We will provide reasonable assistance with the applicable carrier investigation or claim process. Depending on the shipping service, insurance coverage and carrier requirements, The Lunar Method® or the recipient may be required or permitted to submit the claim.
For damaged shipments, please retain the product, packaging and shipping materials and provide photographs or other documentation reasonably required for the applicable investigation or claim.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any customer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
