1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

US domestic shipping only:

First Class Mail , Ground Advantage & Priority Mail are your options for shipping cost is calculated based on ZIP Code. 

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3 business days not including weekends or public holidays. Tracking order will be updated within an email once package label is printed.

3. CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, Processing begins, if no email is received within 24 hours after purchase time, cancellations will not be accepted. (This is for Bracelets ONLY) 

4. RETURNS

We have a strict return policy, if the bracelets are not what you imagined, when you receive them, you will need to email us within 24 hours after delivery. They will need to be returned, and refund will not be processed until order is received in original conditions. 

5. DAMAGED ORDERS

THE LUNAR METHOD- THE ORIGINAL GENDER SWAY LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us. So that way we may assist you in filing a claim. This needs to be done no later than 36 hours after product delivery. 

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
