Refund policy
Our goods and services come with a strict NO REFUNDS policy. Once you purchase any of our goods or services, all sales are considered FINAL. Please note that our services do not guarantee pregnancy nor the sex of your baby; rather, they are designed to help naturally and significantly increase your chances of conceiving your preferred gender. If you do not utilize the services for any reason after purchase, the sale remains FINAL.
In rare cases, we may make exceptions, such as for accidental duplicate orders, but this is solely at our discretion. If a refund is issued due to an exception, please be aware that the original processing fee will NOT be refunded.
Why don’t we refund the full order?
Shopify charges us a fee for each transaction, which covers the costs of credit card processing, fraud prevention, and other related services. Even in the event of an immediate cancellation, we are still responsible for these fees.
What happens if an order is canceled and refunded? And what exactly are the fees going to be?
- In the rare instance that we do offer a refund, we will deduct the processing fees incurred from the total amount refunded.
- This means 2.9% + $0.30 usd for domestic Credit card transactions, 3.9% + $0.30 usd for International sales.

***Refund or Exchange Policy for Damaged Items upon arrival***
We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged bracelet, please follow these steps:
1. Notify Us: Within 3 days of receiving your order, please contact us at original.lunar.method@gmail.com.
2. Please provide photos of the damaged items: Please provide clear photos of the damaged item. Once we confirm the damage, we will provide you with our options.
3. Refund or Exchange: Upon email with images of damaged items, you may request either:
- Refund: Issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost.
- Exchange: Send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please note that we may require additional information or documentation to process your refund or exchange request.
